This fashionable beachfront villa with 4 bedrooms is situated in the luxurious area of Samui combines everything you can imagine for an unforgettable experience. Majestic wooden entrance, with heavy, carved wooden doors leads to a private luxury haven. Central pathway leading straight to the pool and a private beach access runs among the many pavilions wrapped in tropical greenery. Each pavilion is contemporary looking building with an authentic Thai feeling created by two-tiered wood shingle roof. The villa is located on the north coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes drive from International Airport.
The kitchen and dining pavilion is in front of bedroom №1 over the central walkway. In here the redwood furniture with high gloss black surfaces is combined with natural stone walls and chrome cutting-edge appliances. A long central island is equipped with the sinks on the cooking side and doubles as a raised breakfast bar on the other side. This informal and social room has a door leading to an outdoor Thai-style kitchen and a guest bathroom. Sliding glass doors to the rear of the kitchen lead to an amazing water feature which is in-between this and the main living pavilion.
Stone steps lead over the planted pond, under the wooden pagoda-style sala, straight to the spellbinding open-plan dining and living area. A large teak dining table standing on polished wooden floors and tall-backed water hyacinth chairs can place up to eight people. All this in complex with sheer white drapes and bright white walls creates a contemporary yet natural feeling. High gloss white tiles of the further lounge floor are combined with furniture of natural materials such as wood, water hyacinth and plush cream cottons. There’s a wall-mounted flat screen TV and elegant artworks and patterns.
On the opposite side of the walkway there is a master suite. It is a stand-alone pavilion with a gorgeous teak four-poster bed complete with romantic white drapes. Green and orange accessories breathe life into the comfortable teak furniture and make this room bright and jolly. There’s a flat screen TV, dressing area and recessed en-suite bathroom with raised bathtub overlooking the ocean through the bedroom. To the left from the bathtub there are twin sinks and to the right is a brown mosaic walk-in shower area with a tropically planted inner-garden.
The double bedroom №2 with an orange painting above the bed has nice green cushions to make a color contrast and can be found to the right from the entrance. There’s a flat screen TV on a fashionable stand, a dressing area and an en-suite turquoise mosaic bathroom and shower. Sliding glass doors to the front and rear of this room make it a very light and airy space.
Just in front the first bedroom there is another pavilion housing bedrooms №3 and №4. Bedroom №3 is furnished with twin beds, and has a flat screen TV on a teak stand, a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with shower decorated with lilac mosaic tiles. Bedroom №4 has a double bed and has beautiful red cushions, throws and curtains to make luxurious and romantic sense. Dark wood furniture along with red and gold artwork completes the interior, and the room has a flat screen TV and en-suite blue mosaic shower room. A decked sun terrace runs across the front of the master suite and the living pavilion; it has an infinity swimming pool and a large furnished sala which can be reached via stepping stones sunken into the pool. Private beach access is down the steps from here and leads to the very end of the beach line and therefore this lovely corner remains peaceful and free from the sellers and tourists.
