The living area benefits from a large L-shaped sofa and Smart TV satellite entertainment system offering Netflix services. This upper living area opens up through over 11 meters of folding doors to a large front balcony and a smaller rear balcony. The upper balcony is the place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic sea views and enjoy cooling sea breezes from the nearby ocean. There are 3 security safes, including 1 larger safe big enough for Ipads and laptops. The outside areas of the villa are covered by 4x IR CCTV cameras giving our guests extra peace of mind without encroaching too much on guest privacy.
Four spacious bedrooms, all of which have sea views, each have their own unique design and furnishings. Master bedroom 1 is beautifully furnished with built in teak bed and a walk-in wardrobe. A sliding glass door leads from this bedroom to the upstairs terrace social area. The walk-in wardrobe reveals the entrance to an extremely spacious en-suite master bathroom complete with an oversized bathtub, contemporary design shower and twin glass washbasins. Master bedroom 2, also with beautiful built-in bed andwardrobe, leads to the pool-side area and to an en-suite bathroom (a double doored bathroom, also accessible from outside). If you don’t want to brave the often chaotic Samui roads, Villa offers a private luxury minibus rental and taxi service with single trips to surrounding tourist areas of Chaweng, Bophut, Choeng Mon charged from as little as 300 THB per journey (approx 9 USD). When renting a Koh Samui villa, car rental is a great way to get around the island and works out a lot cheaper than taxis. We can offer a 7-Seater Toyota Fortuner SUV at 2,000 THB per day or a 4-door Isuzu pickup at 1,000 THB per day. Motorbike and scooter rentals are a convenient way to get around and are available from 200 – 350 THB per day but only recommended for experienced motorcyclists. Guests should be aware that motorcycles are not insured when rented on Koh Samui.
A local convenience store is just 350m from the villa where you can buy all the basic essentials. If you’re looking for cheap tasty Thai food you can walk along to P. Go’s restaurant 800m away (or you can call and get food delivered). There is also a local laundry shop just 700m away where you can have your clothes cleaned and ironed for around 40 thb per kg.
A 24 hour 7-11 convenience store is 1.1km away, just across the road from the nearest bank and currency exchange. The best place to buy imported foods, alcoholic beverages and the best selections of wine is in Bangrak Minimart 400m along the beach road. There are several supermarkets; Tesco Lotus, Big C and Makro all within a 10 minute drive in the Bophut and Chaweng areas.
