The Villa is built on 2 floors and is designed in such a way that each of the 4 bedrooms has a sea view. The Villa is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. The space of the Villa allows you to keep the privacy of all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, the master bedroom is equipped with a bath tub. Common areas such as kitchen, living room, outdoor terrace and pool area can accommodate a large company. The Villa is thought out to the smallest detail, has a lot of interesting decor and quality textiles.
Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a gas grill on site. In a separate room on the ground floor permanently resides staff who will prepare your daily breakfast, keep clean and tidy on the villa. All this is already included in the basic service package. For an additional fee staff can always prepare Thai cuisine or BBQ for lunch and/or dinner.
Also included in the price: transfer from the airport and back, 4 bikes in free access, when booking from 5 nights-1 dinner for free, from 7 nights-2 dinners for free (Thai cuisine), from 10 nights - 2 dinners + BBQ seafood. All utilities, as well as shuttle service once a day to the nearest beaches: Bang Po, Bantai, Menam included in the price for daily rent. When renting for a month or more electricity is paid extra - 6 baht/kW, transfer to the beach is not provided.
