The house has been constantly refurbished since 2019. A new state-of-the-art kitchen was equipped with a double dishwasher and large fridges to suit larger groups. The villa provides plenty of lounge areas both inside and out, including several quiet spots to hide away and enjoy a great book and a cup of coffee.
The heart of the house on the ground level is the newly renovated kitchen, ideal for catering for large groups. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including 2 large fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, a microwave, large stove, kitchen utensils, china and glassware at your disposal. The owners love to cook and have personally designed, built and equipped the kitchen. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and seats up to 10 adults.
The entrance hall is the ideal place to gather and plan your day. Here you will find tips and information about Mallorca and its surroundings together with a guest book. In-between the lobby and the living room there is a small library full of books to enjoy during your stay. The living room features an open fireplace as the focal point and a large TV with high-speed internet to stream your favorite shows. In the second living room you will find training equipment, yoga mats, and board games.
Villa includes 5 double bedrooms. Two of the rooms benefit from their own terrace and entrance, ideal as a family suite. Generous master bedroom has a double bed, a small sofa, an extra double bed mattress on the floor and a crib, clothing rail and several chests of drawers, very large en-suite with a bathtub, double basin and a toilet.
Bedroom 2 offers its own access to the garden and terrace where you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun. The room features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee machine and en-suite. Sofa bed in the living room makes it the ideal family suite.
The bedroom 3 is located downstairs in the main building with an access to the hall. The bedroom offers a double bed and a bathroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and is connected to the second living room of the main house with a sofa bed.
Apartment-bedroom 4 boasts the greatest view, its own entrance and terrace. It consists of a spacious room divided over two levels. At the elevated level there is a double bed, clothing rail and chest of drawers. A few steps down you will find the living room with a sofa bed and coffee machine. The room features a small and charming en-suite.
The second apartment comprises bedroom 5 with a double bed, a generous living room with a sofa bed, a small table and two chairs, a coffee machine, small fridge and en-suite.
Property landscaped garden offers different spots to socialize or to seek a moment of privacy. Most of your time will be spent here and by the pool. The absolute hot spot of the property is the pool house with two built in sofas, sun loungers and a table. This is the best lounge space, with permanent shade and views of the pool. Refreshing and pleasant during the day and cosy for socializing in the evening. There is a large and newly renovated, unheated pool 5 x 10 meters. There is a Yurt in the garden, ideal for yoga or for children to play in away from the sunshine for a while.
There is a newly restored summer kitchen with dishwasher, sink, gas hob, and a professional BBQ. Next to the summer kitchen there is a dining table and seating for ten under a shaded pergola. There are several corners for socializing and rest throughout the garden with a couple of sun loungers and a Bali bed.
The villa is nestled among picturesque rural surroundings. Though the villa’s location seems absolutely secluded, it’s just 40 minutes from the centre of Palma and 30 minutes from Palma airport. Within 10 minutes of the villa you will find Felantix, Porreres and Campos villages, with greta choice of supermarkets, cozy restaurants and cafes. Within 20 minutes you will find some of Mallorca’s most wonderful beaches, lovely hiking trails and the monastery San Salvador.
