The main house offers well-designed living areas, a generous master suite and a further en-suite bedroom. A covered dining area links the main house to further sleeping facilities, with 3 en-suite bedrooms and 2 sets of bunks beds as additional sleeping amenities for kids. The large self-contained one-bedroom guest cottage completes the accommodation.
An 18 x 4.5 meter swimming pool is set within the gardens a few steps down from the dining terraces and next to the pool is a custom-made spa bath. A gazebo covered viewing platform in the garden offers an awe-inspiring 360° panorama that includes a ‘close up’ of not one but two castles, that of Castello di Reschio and of Sorbello across the valley in Tuscany.
The ground level includes a large kitchen with an enclosed breakfast space giving access to the courtyard, the dining room and the dining terrace. The dining room features a romantic fireplace and glass doors linking the main house to further accommodation. Besides, another common space is the arched living room with a fireplace.
On the same level, there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one room with two bunk beds and a sharing bathroom, a guest toilet and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing machine.
The generous master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is found on the first level boasting a study room and a sitting room with a private fireplace. There are 2 further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first level can be individually accessed with a staircase from the courtyard. As are further two rooms on the first level: a bedroom with two bunk beds and a double bedroom with a sharing shower room.
The guest cottage, available on request, is independent to the main house. It includes a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area, an open-plan double bedroom with a large en-suite shower room and a separate toilet and a covered outdoor lounge and dining area. On the mezzanine level there are a study area and a guest shower.
Villa’ outdoors offer all the amenities needed to fully enjoy the charming and green outside area. Outdoor seating options are provided by: the large dining table for up to 12 guests, the breakfast table in the courtyard and the rose covered gazebo offering amazing views. For a maximum comfort a traditional bread oven, the infinity pool with underwater lighting with valley views, a travertine and mosaic spa bath and summer kitchen facilities are at guests’ private disposal. You will find a parking space for 2 cars at the entrance of the villa, with an illuminated private path leading up to the house.
