Bedroom 1 features double bed (convertible into a twin), French doors opening to small covered furnished terrace for 2, sea view and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 has double bed (convertible into a twin), French doors opening to outdoor, sea view and en-suite bathroom with big shower.

First level (8 steps up) offers open space with small studio looking down at the living room with fireplace and bedroom 5 with single bed with an additional single mattress (this room is best suitable for teenagers), doors opening to a small terrace with sea view.
Partially fenced in garden of 10000 sq. m has a path towards the beach (sand, rock), summer shower and changing room, several covered alfresco dining and lounge areas with table for up to 8-10 guests. There is a road passing behind the villa, which is only shared with 1 other property. The fence between the villas is low. Due to the protected natural area around the property, it is not allowed to smoke in the garden and in the pine grove as inside the villa.
The beach at the end of the garden offers access to the property from the sea. Motor and sailing boats and tender can be rented in the bay of Cala di Volpe, which is situated just a 5-minute walk from the villa, and water ski lessons can be taken at the Cala di Volpe hotel. The villa is about 3 kilometers from a village where you can find many grocery shops, trattoria, pharmacy, newspaper, wine shop and more. The wonderful and popular Porto Cervo is about 7 kilometers away.
