The ground level includes an airy and bright kitchen with a granite worktop, an induction cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher. There is a spacious living area with sofas and windowed walls as well as a separate dining room. The ground level also offers the laundry room, guest bathroom, access to the elevator.
First level: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. A charming Carrara marble staircase leads up to the first level where you will find a refined and stylish living room with fireplace and satellite/cable TV.
