Very close to the villa, the stream of Colorée Valley dives into the Como lake after a waterfall of seventy meters. The loggia divides the main floor into two separate parts housing two spacious halls, the reception, the billiard room, the dining room and the kitchen. The center of the courtyard features a statue of Neptune holding a trident. In front of the loggia, beyond the court, the rock face is seen with the intermittent spring whose water flows through the villa and then open out into the lake through the arcade on the façade of the property. A spiral carved wooden staircase leads from the main level to the upper level suites. A comfortable lift connects all levels to the parking lot. Access by car all the way to the Villa is by a private road connecting to the main road. The villa is 8 km from the center of Como, just a short 10-minute drive; and about 60 minutes from both Milano-Malpensa airport or from the center of Milan. Destinations like Cernobbio and Montrasio (on the opposite side of the Lake's shore) are best accessible via water-taxi or private boat.
