This enchanting house (181 sq. m) is situated on the popular Via Santa Croce in the oldest district of Positano, called "Li parlati." Due to this road's exclusive panoramic setting, the 18th-century nobility preferred to build their residences in the late Baroque style there. The city's most significant historical houses, such as Palazzo Santa Croce and Palazzo San Giacomo, are found here. ECI 0220 is also located inside one of these important buildings.
Soak up an exceptional and timeless aura, embellished by the authentic frescoes in the late Baroque style present in the rooms, but also by the numerous exquisite details that best showcase the late 18th-century Mediterranean style. The house is found on the noble floor of the eastern wing of the building and features four spacious rooms, the first two of which serve as a kitchen and living room. The remaining rooms represent the sleeping area, with two large bedrooms with king-size beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The second bathroom on the left side of the kitchen boasts a white Carrara marble tub.
The house's main feature is surely its lovely terrace (50 sq. m), decorated with recovered majolica tiles from Vietri sul Mare and furnished with a table with wrought iron chairs and sun loungers. The stunning view that can be enjoyed from this terrace fascinates from the first sight. Outside is also a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, oven, and toaster, allowing you to prepare your meals directly on the terrace.
