The villa, a two-story air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate 12 to 14 persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, office, sitting area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, 1 bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea.

The upper floor consists of four guest rooms, one with fire place. The two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and ping pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. There are also extra sofa beds. All bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathonisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Caretta-Caretta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese.

The estate is set upon a ridge over the Ionian Sea overlooking Marathonisi Island with a magnificent unobstructed view of the azure blue sea, approx. 200 meters from the nearest beach. The villa is built upon a hillside and is situated in a natural forest of pine and fir, on a plot of approx. 10,000 square meters, providing an environment of peace, tranquility and privacy.
