Double bedrooms 2 and 3 have each a super king-size bed, open plan shower room, separate WC, and sliding doors to the main patio/pool area. Double bedroom 4 offers a super king-size bed, open plan shower room, separate WC, and sliding doors to the courtyard.
The 5th bedroom does not have a window, just a skylight, and features a double-sized bunk bed and a separate WC and shower. This would be a great option for staff or a nanny as well as for teenagers although it is right next door to the laundry room and kitchen.
The exterior space is absolutely amazing. A secretive courtyard garden adorned with sculpted plants is accessed from the open-plan living area — a cozy space for breakfast or evening drinks. Big mattresses surround the swimming pool (12.5 × 5 m), set to admire one of the best beaches on the island. The alfresco bar and dining area is a charming place to while away the long afternoons. There is also a summer kitchen and a shower. Gym equipment including mats, weights, and dumbbells is available under the pool with a WC and shower.
Off the terrace is a garden path leading down to Kipiadi beach (about 50 meters away). The nearest taverna and mini market are a 20-minute walk away. A stunning house — really unique property on Paxos.
You have to see the crystal-clear water of the Ionian islands on your own to believe. You can charter a yacht or motor boat to lunch on the white sands of the nearby island of Anti Paxos (2km). Exploring the pristine beauty in every bay by boat is a real pleasure, just drop the anchor and swim through the mysterious caves that dot the coastline. You can enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, and some gentle water sports in the north of the island.
The local restaurants are of a high standard serving both traditional Greek food and the most delicious Italian cuisine. Visiting a restaurant on Paxos is a delightful experience. White pebble bays on the east coast and magnificent white cliffs and deep caves on the west give families a great choice of wonders to explore. For the “adventurous” there are walks through flower-filled olive groves, gentle fishing, snorkeling, and diving.
