The terraces have recently been refurbished to offer more dining and lounging space. The villa boasts fabulous sea views, a huge infinity pool, private patio with Jacuzzi, a terrace with poufs and a fire pit, surrounded by greenery – ideal setting for a glass of wine with friends in the evening. The lower terrace is perfect for meditations, yoga classes or just a quiet time in pleasant ambience in the morning.
There are two separate alfresco dining areas with BBQ and plenty of space for dancing under the stars. All this is equipped with a designer lightening system, which creates a unique charm and atmosphere in the evening.
There are 6 large bedrooms in the villa, each with its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and other amenities for you to feel comfortable as if you were at home. The property accommodates up to 12 guests with 3 separate buildings granting complete privacy.
The main house offers two living rooms: the largest one, with a fireplace, sofas and a Smart TV and the other one situated on the ground level. There is a sound system and a portable JBL for use on the pool terrace. A dedicated Netflix & Spotify subscription is available, or use can use your own. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery for indoor and outdoor use. The spacious elegant dining area enjoys a magnificent sea view.
Villa comprises the main house, the guest pool house and the secret suite. The main house is spread over three levels. The ground level includes a living and a dining room with direct access to the pool and private terraces with stunning Aegean Sea view. This level also houses a fully equipped kitchen, next to the dining area with seating for 12. On the upper level you will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and its own private terrace facing the sunrise. The lower level features second living room, the second master bedroom with a king-size bed and bedroom 3 with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and their own sea view terraces with sun loungers.
The guest pool house is completely independent and features a separate entrance. There is a kitchenette with a table for 4 guests on the ground level as well as bedroom 4 with pool/sea view and its own bathroom. The upper level offers double bedroom 5 with an en-suite bathroom.
The secret suite is situated on the back yard and includes a small living room, two single beds (can be joined into one large double bed) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This suite is also totally independent from the main and the guest houses and has a separate entrance.
Villa is situated in one of the most picturesque parts of the island and is well protected from the strong summer northerly winds. It is located a short walking distance down the hill to the peaceful Agrari family beach and restaurant then an easy walk over the rocks to the well-known Elia beach. There is a parking space for up to 3 cars.
