Bedrooms & Bathrooms
While on the first floor, you will be welcomed by the three wonderful bedrooms, the former featuring a King Size bed (1,80×2,00), lightened up with natural light from the large windows, also offering a mini fridge and 42’’ Smart TV. The latter featuring a Queen Size bed (1,60×2,00), with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV. Last but not least, the third bedroom boasts two single beds that are joined to form a King Size bed (1,80×2,00) with direct access to balcony and 42’’ Smart TV.
All of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms and walk-in overhead rainfall showers with cabin. A shared bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.
Residence is located right on the beach, in the picturesque Petres area 15 km west of Rethymnon town. There are two local restaurants near the residence, where you can enjoy local hospitality and food. One tavern is 20 meters away from the villa and the other 100 meters away. The sandy organised beach of Petres is also within walking distance. Also, at a distance of 1.5 km and 4.5 km there are 2 pharmacies.
In addition, the beach of Episkopi is also located really close, just 3 minutes away by car, or 20 minutes walking distance, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.
Also in Rethymno town, just 15 minutes away by car from the Villa, you can find everything that you might need like shops, bakeries, grocery stores, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations, post office, as well as the long sandy beach of Rethymno. Further, there is a selection of cafes and excellent tavernas, some of them overlooking the harbour or the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
