Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 300m2 space. The Luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms. The Bespoke Home is set in two separate buildings. Entering the spectacular residence you will find a captivating living-cum area with a smart 60’TV, an exquisite fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a sensory dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Two bedrooms with shared bathroom & twin beds are located in this building on a semi-ground floor.
The Villa boasts six more bedrooms on an individual residence, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel & with a kitchenette on the ground floor for ultimate comfort. Three bedrooms on the ground floor feature premium beds and premium linen ( one of them is wheelchair friendly with a twin bed). A few stairs up to the first floor you will find three more bedrooms, two with twins beds & one with queen’s bed, all with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with beds (High Quality natural mattresses and premium linen), fitted wardrobes, led TVs, wonderful settings and include air conditioning.
External Living | Pool & Outdoor Facilities
Set in 2.000m2 private grounds, the Villa sits in an idyllic rural hamlet. Pretty potted blooms with olive trees, adorn the gravelled courtyard’s al fresco dining area, whilst the sweeping lawn stretches down to the Half Olympic size (125m2) swimming pool at the far end of the garden. The Villa also features a 20m2 children’s pool and outdoor playground to welcome our younger guests. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, so you can relax all day long cherishing Crete Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with unique BBQ facilities (glass), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over!

There is secured parking space inside the Residence premises for 5 cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter Coffee machine, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryers, open plan fully equipped kitchen!
Its enviable location and vantage point boasts stunning surroundings and will make you wish your holiday could last forever and a day, inspiring even the most discerning of guests. Located in one of the most prominent spots of the island, Kato Gouves area, and is only within a few minutes walking distance to the beach and ten minutes driving distance to Chersonissos Town, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. You also may find a mini market, restaurants & bars just 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.
Kato Gouves & Chersonissos, has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops. In addition, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Kato Gouves has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion city & the nearby villages.
