This new, eco-friendly villa of 195 sq. m, renovated in 2020, is situated near Heraklion, the capital of the island, on a bay overlooking the city. The villa is composed of two levels and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the first level you will find the Master Bedroom with its own bathroom boasting a large Jacuzzi bathtub, perfect to relax and admire wonderful view through the window with a glass of wine. Its main feature is the breathtaking view of the horizon and the sea from every corner of the bedroom. Two more double bedrooms individually designed and furnished promise relaxation and comfort. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are complete with CocoMat natural full latex anatomic mattresses and linens to provide the ideal night sleep.
The ground level houses the beautiful open plan living/dining room and kitchen area with handpicked, elegant sofas and custom made furniture for you to enjoy the amazing vistas and share moments with your friends or family. The ultimate space for private dinners or drinks with your beloved one. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises along with a tablet, an audio system, a DVD player & satellite TV's to service all your needs. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you may need to prepare your favourite dishes for your company.
The outside area includes a lovely garden with stone walls, summer kitchen, a spacious BBQ area with a dining table and an external toilet and shower. The special element though is the fantastic private pool with hydro massage and foot air massage to complete the feeling of seclusion and comfort. The private hamam will add to the amazing experience. There is also a private, secure parking area for the guests of the villa with automatic gate.
Upon request the private boat rental can be arranged to explore the beaches of Crete or car rental & private guide to discover the island and its treasures. Regarding your personal relaxation Body Massage sessions or yoga & pilates sessions are available as well as personal animation. Villa offers the ideal balance of complete relaxation and harmony.
