The estate has 2.8 ha of land, including a 5-acre lavender field. The terrace along the front of the house is equipped with alfresco dining facilities, there is a pool with lawn to the side, and the lavender field beyond. You can enjoy fantastic view of the hilltop villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste. To the side of the house there is a walled garden with a hammock on the lawn and another shaded outside area. At the back you can find is a petanque court.
The pool (13m x 7m) has an automatic sliding cover for security. The pool house features a shaded lounge as well as a stone barbecue.
The villa is a former old stone Provence farmhouse close to Bonnieux. The bedrooms are large and all en-suite. The property can accommodate 10 guests + 4 on sofa-beds. The layout of the rooms is convenient for groups or families wanting some privacy but also would like to enjoy a holiday together. Two of the bedrooms offer their own sitting room and kitchen.
Main living room is a cozy room with sofas and fireplace at one end and stylish designer kitchen at the other, big French door opening to the terrace and pool, and access to the dining room on the other side. The living room is equipped with TV/DVD and Wi-Fi access.
Kitchen in the main living room is designed to be unnoticeable blending into the room, with appliances concealed and a long white island. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and double fridge under the worktop.
Dining room adjoins the kitchen and is placed in a conservatory-style extension, providing a shaded area for meals, as an alternative to the main terrace facing south. There are also a laundry room with washing machine and guest WC on the ground level, next to the dining room.
The villa can sleep up to 14 guests, with 5 spacious en-suite double bedrooms sleeping 10, and two sofa-beds that can accommodate another 4 guests. Sofa-beds are in the same space as the bedrooms so are better suited for children. There are no doors between a bedroom and its bathroom/WC, everything is in one big open space. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground level.
Bedroom 1: with a double bed and an en-suite featuring his and hers showers and basins, as well as a pedestal bath. This bedroom is spread over two floors with a sitting room downstairs, that offers a sofa-bed, kitchen and Apple TV. There is also a private balcony with lounge chairs facing the pool and lavender field.
Bedroom 2: with a double bed and an en-suite with a walk-in-shower, a pedestal bath and double sink. This bedroom enjoys amazing views out to three sides of the estate and offers its own living room and kitchen.
Bedroom 3: with a double bed and an en-suite with a walk-in-shower, pedestal bath and double sink. There is a separate lounge area equipped with a sofa bed and French doors leading to the courtyard.
Bedroom 4: with a double bed with a pedestal bath in the bedroom plus the walk-in-shower in the en-suite. French doors open to its terrace with sunset view to the west.
Bedroom 5: with a double bed and an e-suite with a pedestal bath, walk-in-shower and double sink. This bedroom features a balcony looking over the pool and lavender field.
