The house is adorned with objets d’art, adding to its character and charm.

The ground level houses 1 double bedroom with a shower room and terrace access. The garden level offers two more double bedrooms with bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), a laundry room, a wine cellar, and a utility room.
The first level boasts the fabulous master suite with a private study area and a large dressing room, a double bed, a bathroom (bath and shower), and a private balcony with sea views. Two more bedrooms in a separate annex with an independent entrance feature double beds, Smart TVs, dressing areas, and shower rooms.
The outdoor space spread over three hectares of land benefits from generous green lawns planted with bushes and Mediterranean pine trees, along with a large heated pool equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The pool terrace overlooks Pampelonne, making it a gorgeous spot to refresh. Even the newly built private gym offers views out over Ramatuelle. The fabulous poolside bar makes an idyllic spot to enjoy a chilled glass of wine, perhaps sourced from La Croix Valmer’s vineyards, while the other wonderful terraces boast views over the scenic garden filled with olive trees and umbrella pines.
Guests can also enjoy an outdoor bar, a lovely lounge area, a shaded al fresco dining area with a BBQ, and exceptional views of the surrounding hills and the sea. The whole property is fully fenced for your tranquility and surrounded by forest for extra privacy as well as picturesque walks.
In a picturesque setting just outside the hilltop village of Ramatuelle, this villa is a 10-minute drive from Pampelonne Beach and about 10km from the heart of Saint-Tropez. This is a great location for enjoying the glamour of Saint-Tropez alongside some of the French Riviera’s authentic villages and fantastic coastline.
Ramatuelle is just a short drive away and boasts magnificent vistas of the Mediterranean from its hilltop position. It’s a historic village oozing exceptional charm with its bougainvillea-clad stone houses, narrow lanes, little art galleries, and welcoming restaurants. There’s a lovely market on a Thursday and Sunday morning, as well as a weekly night market in the height of the summer. Furthermore, Ramatuelle’s much-loved jazz festival takes place in June.
Down by the coast, Pampelonne Beach (5 km) is one of the French Riviera’s most famous beaches with its long sandy shores, prestigious beach clubs (Le Club 55 and Nikki Beach, for example), and a fabulous choice of summer watersports. If you prefer more serene bays, drive down to Plage de l'Escalet (5.3 km) for canoeing, scuba-diving, and magical coastal walks – head down early in the summer as it is a popular beach.
La Croix Valmer offers scenic walks along the coast as well as picturesque beaches such as Plage de Gigaro (12 km) and Plage d’Héraclée (11 km). Wine lovers should visit the vineyards around the village of La Croix Valmer (7.5 km), the great wines are also produced near Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez.
The former fishing village of Saint-Tropez (10 km) is one of southern France’s most celebrated destinations. Wander around the old quarter with its boutiques and high-end restaurants alongside lovely squares and art galleries, pick up a wealth of Provençal produce at the twice-weekly market at Place des Lices, and enjoy the view of the boats in the marina. There is a superb choice of summer boat excursions, or you can charter a private yacht for an exciting day out.
Other jewels of this region include hilltop Gassin (5 km), named one of France’s ‘Most Beautiful Villages’, and flower-filled Grimaud (14 km) on the edge of the Maures hills. Meanwhile, Port Grimaud (10 km), referred to as the ‘Venice of the Côte d’Azur’, is especially atmospheric on Monday evenings in July and August when the night market takes place, or visit during the day to explore its scenic canals by boat.
