All 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom facilities are situated on the first floor, two of them offer private balconies. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and informal sitting room lead to the outdoor terrace, which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the picturesque sunsets, al fresco dining and entertaining.

The big 13 x 6 metre salt water swimming pool is very private, can be heated, is accessed by steps and is surrounded by vast area for sunbeds where guests can soak up the sun and enjoy the panoramic views. For those preferring to combine the holiday with sport activities, the villa offers a half size, flood-lit tennis court which can also become a basket ball court or used as a football pitch.
