The romantic bedroom 3 offers a king-size bed and views towards the village of Chateauneuf de Grasse (the quietest room in the house). Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed and views over the garden.
A hallway and staircase lead up to the private bedroom 5. The "Tower Room" is the smallest bedroom in the residence, but it benefits from fantastic 360-degree views of the mountains, the village of Chateauneuf, the valley of Opio and Mougins, and the Bay of Cannes. The bedroom's walls are adorned with unique painted frescos, and its en-suite has a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet.
From the entrance hall, the authentic stone staircase leads to the social hub of the house, where the traditional provencal kitchen is located, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a sunny breakfast room, and the adjacent dining room with a fireplace. A luminous passageway brings you to the impressive reception room with vaulted ceilings, a large fireplace, and arched windows. This level also houses a very cozy service duplex with a queen-size bed and a convertible couch, ideal for either a nanny or driver, the parents-in-law, noisy teenagers who need a little independence, or extra guests.
If the weather is bad, there is plenty of entertainment inside with Apple TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, as well as a cutting-edge wireless sound system.
