Each of the three separate villas offers two bedrooms, as well as indoor-outdoor lounges and a private plunge pool. Each bedroom boasts a king-size bed (can be converted into twins) to ensure a good night's sleep. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms (double vanity and shower, plus an outdoor shower). Teak wood, cool white walls, and natural textures create a soothing atmosphere. Generous outdoor spaces provide secluded corners scattered throughout the property to enjoy some privacy if needed. In addition, there is a yoga terrace surrounded by dense jungle, providing a peaceful spot to practise in stunning surroundings.
The estate, set on 3.5 hectares of land, offers 200 metres of pristine coastline. A private path leads you directly to Playa Hermosa. This stretch of coastline is beautiful, secluded and exclusive. A short 5-minute walk along the beach takes you to the best surfing beach in Santa Teresa.
This coastal estate on the Nicoya Peninsula is located a few kilometres north of Santa Teresa, a world-renowned surfing destination, famous for its relaxed atmosphere and big waves. Once a quiet fishing village, it has become a lively tropical resort where family cafes and beach taverns rub shoulders with creative restaurants and cocktail bars on deserted sands and colourful streets. Both designer boutiques and modest shops can be found there.
The beaches of Santa Teresa attract experienced surfers and beginners alike, thanks to the warm tropical waters and constant waves, ideal for learning.
