Guests also have access to indoor and outdoor private fitness areas, a sauna, a massage room, a spa-level jacuzzi, and a Canadian cedar wood hot tub installed next to a stone barbecue.
The chalet boasts other modern amenities, including a private cinema with ultra-comfortable velvet sofas, a games room with table football and darts, an outdoor table tennis area, and a huge terrace with breathtaking panoramic views and teak sun loungers for relaxing on sunny days.
The penthouse suite on the top level is accessed via a private staircase from the living room. All bedrooms in the chalet have been designed using high-quality materials and feature en-suite bathrooms with excellent bath and beauty products.
On the second level, you are greeted by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The interiors, finished in light, smooth wood and furnished with chic brown sofas and stylish furniture, represent the pinnacle of modern Alpine elegance. The mirrored fireplace in the centre of the room is a contemporary take on a cosy hearth. The dining table comfortably seats all guests, and is serviced from a high-end, fully equipped kitchen. One of the many highlights of the chalet is the stunning views enjoyed from the property. Magnificent mountain panoramas unfold before you and can be admired through huge windows or from the spacious balcony and terrace. Cosy alfresco seating and dining areas, as well as an outdoor fireplace, make this space the perfect spot for après-ski celebrations.
The penthouse master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private terrace with views of the Alps. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a separate rain shower, and a private Jacuzzi bath with views of the mountains to the south of the house.
Four further bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, can be configured with king-size beds or twin beds. These bedrooms are located on the spa level, below the living room. The entire spa level opens onto a magnificent terrace and landscaped garden, as well as the outdoor fitness area under a massive wooden roof. Two bedrooms can be combined into a family suite with two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a deep bathtub.
Furthermore, on the lowest level of the chalet, there are two additional bedrooms, which can be used for staff or extra guests upon request.
The entire living area level flows seamlessly into a spacious terrace finished in wood and stone, featuring a barbecue with a rotisserie and landscaped alpine gardens. The gardens on the spa level below are lined with Christmas trees decorated with sparkling white lights, creating a special festive ambience.
The chalet boasts a 10-meter-long designer indoor infinity pool with massage jets, counter-current system, and a Siemens filtration system, which avoids the use of chlorine and chemicals. The glass wall at the end of the pool opens up views of the terrace, garden, and mountains beyond. In the evening, underwater lighting further enhances the relaxing atmosphere of the spa area.
Alongside the pool is a sauna, as well as a massage room and an indoor gym, fitted with ‘cardio training’ Technogym equipment. The external fitness terrace is equipped with a Schwinn spinner, Concept 2 rowing machine, and a dumbbell stack and bench. Equipment, such as a TRX, skipping ropes, Pilates stretch bands, and gym balls, is also available.
In addition to massage treatments, yoga, Pilates, and physiotherapy sessions can also be arranged for you on request in the comfortable setting of the wellness area. The yoga terrace next to the jacuzzi offers stunning views of the Alps and is a popular place for training. A selection of fresh chilled drinks is always available at the spa bar.
The games room with darts and table football leads to the cinema/multimedia room, which features a minibar, 4D projector system, PlayStation, Xbox, Apple TV, Netflix, and much more. Various board games are also available.
Finally, each area of the property allows guests to customise the atmosphere to their liking. The audiovisual systems, shutters, heating, and lighting are easy to control, allowing you to modify the chalet to suit your preferences. The chalet has a ski room with boot dryers and parking for 6 cars.
The chalet enjoys a fabulous location in the Verbier ski resort, in a private enclave directly adjacent to one of the main ski lifts, and offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains. From a private road, the chalet is only 100 metres from the Savoleyres gondola lift station, which provides access to the family-friendly skiing area for all levels of ability in the La Tzoumaz area of the 4 Vallées. The Médran main lift hub, another fantastic spot to start your day, is a 4-minute drive across town. The Les Esserts piste and Le Rouge beginner's slope are also just a 2- and 3-minute drive away, respectively.
The chalet is 1 km downhill from Place Centrale, which is only a 2-minute drive away. This is the very heart of Verbier, where most of the resort's popular bars, restaurants, and shops are concentrated.
