Spread over three levels, the chalet enjoys stunning views of Erta, an official Alpine Ski World Cup run, as well as of picturesque San Vigilio. On the top level is the charming living area, featuring large windows and balconies which open awe-inspiring panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Relax on the sofas beside the fireplace, enjoy meals around the solid wood dining table and cook your favourite meals in the well-fitted contemporary kitchen.

Chalet sleeps up to 12 guests in total across 6 en-suite bedrooms. The main sleeping area can be found on the first level with 3 large double bedrooms and one bunk room. Each room benefits from an en-suite shower room and its own individual style and character. Two more double bedrooms with king-size beds and shower rooms are placed on the ground level.

Also on the ground level is a wonderful spa with a swimming pool equipped with counter-current for sports enthusiasts, a lounge and Finnish/Bio sauna. Outside is a garden complete with umbrellas and sun loungers if you would rather relax outside. Other amenities include a laundry room, ski room with a boot dryer, bike storage and an underground garage for up to 4 vehicles.

The property is situated in the heart of San Vigilio di Marebbe in a sunny residential area, away from busy roads. The Miara cable car is just 100 m away which transports you to the Plan de Corones ski area whilst the village centre is just 550 m away.
