High ceilings and huge windows flood the space with natural light, while modern pendant lighting adds a touch of elegance. The generous open-plan kitchen and dining area invite guests to gather for any occasion, from hearty breakfasts to indulgent dinners.
Guests can relax with a glass of wine or hot chocolate on the balcony and terrace while admiring the exciting mountain panoramas. The living area offers a charming TV corner adjacent to the fireplace for cozy movie nights and a game area equipped with table football for extra entertainment. Finally, a guest toilet is available on this level, ensuring convenience and comfort.
The upper level is dedicated to the master suite, offering over 65 sqm of bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower), dressing area, office, living area space, and a large balcony. A play area with a darts game and a PlayStation completes the property on the lower level.
Besides bedrooms, the ground level features a large Zellige steam room with a shower — a perfect space to relax after a day of skiing or walking. Most of the runs are best for intermediates and beginners, but there are still 23% advanced and expert skiing pistes and fantastic off-piste opportunities. A contemporary system of 84 lifts has been established in the resort. Additional skiing opportunities are available in the neighboring resorts of Combloux and Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. 75km of scenic trails are at the disposal of cross-country skiers. The snow season here lasts from mid-December to mid-April with a sufficient amount of snow during that time.
