This elegant Alpine chalet in Courchevel 1850, located in a quiet, private area of the resort, boasts fabulous access to the slopes. The chalet is spread over four levels with a total area of approximately 600 sqm, offering groups of up to 12 guests (10 adults and 2 children) an excellent combination of spa facilities, stylish living areas, and comfortable bedrooms.
The interiors are decorated in shades of white, brown, and grey, creating a refined Alpine atmosphere throughout the house. The main living area includes an open-plan lounge and dining room with high vaulted ceilings in dark natural wood. A stone fireplace rises to the ceiling, creating a cosy setting for relaxing on the beautiful grey sofas in the living room. An elegant chandelier above the dining table adds a touch of luxury to your exquisite meals. The kitchen remains closed for privacy, and this level also features a bar area, ideal for après-ski drinks in your own chalet. A long balcony runs the entire width of the house, where you can enjoy the fresh air and admire the magnificent mountain panoramas.
The lower level features a wellness area of 200 sqm. The white colour scheme, minimalist design, and chic chandeliers create a refined atmosphere, while a wide range of facilities ensures complete relaxation. There is a large counter-current jacuzzi (4.2 × 2.2 m). You can also relax in the spacious hammam and sauna or enjoy a private massage in a treatment room. The chalet even has a fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment. Outside the spa area, there is another lounge for relaxation, as well as a pool table for those who want to entertain themselves after dinner. The house has its ski room with boot dryers and an internal lift for easy access between levels.
The chalet can accommodate groups of 10 adults and 2 children in five double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds. The bedrooms are decorated in the same style as the living area, with wood finishes and elegant white furniture, offering exquisite suites with a peaceful Alpine atmosphere. There are two master bedrooms, one of which is located on a separate level with a private balcony, both with a bathroom with a shower and dressing area. Of the three other bedrooms, two offer flexible bed configurations (double or twin), and each has a well-equipped shower room. The children's room with bunk beds shares a bathroom with one of the three bedrooms mentioned above.
The chalet is situated in the Nogentil district of Courchevel 1850, offering easy access to the ski slopes in the exclusive part of the resort. From the house, it takes less than a minute to walk to the Bellecôte green piste, from which you can ski directly down to La Croisette, the central lift hub of Courchevel 1850. Alternatively, you can walk 3 minutes up the road to reach the foot of the green Pralong slope and the base station of the Pralong chairlift. From here, you can ascend higher to the ski area or choose to split off down the Bellecôte run or the blue Cospillot piste towards Courchevel Village. The chalet is just a 4-minute drive from the centre of Courchevel 1850, where you will find an amazing mix of chic boutiques, fine restaurants, and bars.
