This brand new and highly exclusive chalet, curated by renowned local architect Lionel Adam, offers a unique design with a minimal-rustic decor. Inspired by both the mountains and the Balearics, this chalet is made with beautiful, natural materials that have been blended in a highly tasteful way, enjoying brilliant craftsmanship and a stunning, confident finish throughout.

Chalet PRA 0854 overlooks the impressive Mont Blanc panorama from the vast full height windows, and offers its guests a real wow-experience. A large Master Suite and three more beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms gather around a private courtyard in a moon-shaped, brilliantly designed way, creating an intimate lower garden with outdoor lounge and a sunken hot tub.

A designated SPA area with sauna, hammam and Turkish shower tops the wellness factor of this modern chalet.

The large upper floor has high vaulted ceilings, a lovely open plan kitchen with breakfast area, larder and large range cooker. The dining area has seating for up to 12 guest and an adjoining super cosy sofa area with views of the never ending impressive Mont Blanc massif. This floor opens out to the upper garden and furnished sun terrace with BBQ - perfect for outdoor dining both winter and summer.

Chalet is located on the south-facing hills above the centre of Chamonix in the area of Les Mossoux. Chamonix centre is a 15-minute walk and the closest ski area is Le Brevent, which is a 10-minute walk or a very short ride by car.
