Located on 450 sq meters, Chalet has 4 splendid bedrooms, SPA zone and common areas. Ground floor includes main entrance hall, elevator, spa area (sauna, guest WC, shower, relaxation area), wine cellar, ski-room with skiboot dryers, laundry, staff office and outdoor parking for 2 cars (extra parking places are available in a garage upon request).
SPA zone is a warm retreat after an active day on the slopes. Here for a heavenly relaxation enjoy your time in the sauna, and after drink some tea from the samovar, laying on a relaxation bed. Chalet guests can also enjoy free access to a state of the art swimming pool, located in the neighbouring Hotel.
First floor comprises 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 interior offers the rustic charm you would expect from a luxury chalet. Second floor includes children room, living area, dining area, panoramic balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Children's bedroom is playful and yet luxurious. It features a two-level bed, and a play-zone that promises to become a favourite place in the whole chalet for the young adventure seekers. There is en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.
The open dining area with exclusively-equipped kitchen is situated on the top floor. Central fireplace would become a favourite location for family and friends’ dinners or lovely evening chats. Luxury chalet DLA 0007 is in a divine location, just in two minutes away from the chair-lift to the ski slopes of Lech, while the village – with its lively après-ski scene – is only 5 minutes’ walk away. Lech Am Alberg is a small pearl in the heart of the Alps, besides of the great skiing, there are exclusive shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and of course everything for winter sports. For adventure seekers there are a snowboard park, slides, ice skating rink, indoor tennis as well as paragliding. Within 2 minutes walking distance is located a huge fitness centre featured with indoor cardio, power, aerobics, cycling as well as bowling, climbing and a multipurpose court.
