There's an additional fifth room hidden up in the tower with a private entrance. Upstairs there’s also a TV and gaming room, and the villa is equipped with an elevator which makes it suitable for wheelchair users. The elevator takes you quickly from the living spaces to the garage where you can park two cars at street level.
