DLG 0297 embodies modern Mediterranean elegance, created and designed by Athens-based x2 Architecture and decorated by celebrated Italian designer Paola Navone. The refined cubist-inspired buildings and outdoor living areas are spread over three levels, gradually revealing the imposing panorama and framing it with clean, harmonious lines. Paola Navone, famous worldwide for brilliantly combining a contemporary design aesthetic with local materials and traditional handicrafts, has brought her outstanding vision to the villa to design exemplary Greek interiors and alfresco “salons” that ooze a casual barefoot chic.
The villa’s five private suites are designed to sleep up to ten guests, and families are especially welcome and can be comfortably accommodated on a request basis. All suites are mindfully laid out to maximize conviviality and gorgeous views from every corner. Flexible living spaces are easily transformed into common areas, allowing for the optimal use of the property facilities.
Each spacious suite allows guests to enjoy elegant touches of chic and taste, including marble bathrooms with heated floors, marvelously suspended fireplaces, and beautiful bath fixtures. Light, rich fabrics serve as the “doors” for in-suite closets.
Three suites offer varied open-plan one-bedroom layouts, with charming indoor and outdoor living areas, easily adapted to your personal requests. A separate two-bedroom bungalow, adjacent to the property’s spa area, provides even more flexibility to suit your needs.
The first suite on the ground level (30 sqm of indoor space and 66 sqm of outdoor area) accommodates 2 guests (double or twin beds, plus a baby cot for 1 child up to 2 years old). It features a bathroom, a suspended fireplace, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi and a shower, a private backyard with a daybed, and a large alfresco shaded living area.
The second two-lwvwl suite (22,5 sqm upstairs sleeping area and 22,5 sqm downstairs lounge area) can accommodate 2 guests (double bed). The bathroom features a cave-style bathtub, and the outdoor space boasts a heated Jacuzzi, a shower, and a shaded lounge area with caldera view and private roof terrace.
The third (also two-level) suite with a total indoor space of 95 sqm can accommodate 2 to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 kids up to 12). It offers 2 twin beds, a bathroom, a suspended fireplace, a massage and beauty treatment room, a marble Hammam, an emotional shower, an outdoor heated Jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and a private backyard with a daybed.
The last 2 suites are on the ground level and can accommodate 2 guests each. They share a 97 sqm total outdoor space with a 7m outdoor heated pool with caldera view, outdoor shower, and private backyard with daybeds.
