This delightful ski-in/ski-out chalet is a great property for access to the skiing area and the village facilities. Offering 6 bedrooms, this chalet can accommodate up to 12 guests and would make a perfect base for a group of friends or family. The vaulted living room features an open fireplace, TV, floor-to-ceiling windows with exciting views, and access to the hot tub on the terrace — the ideal spot to unwind after a day on the slopes.
The living space is bright and spacious, boasting inspiring vistas as an idyllic backdrop to your evenings. The large table accommodates the whole group with banquette seating, creating a more laid-back approach to your mealtimes. The kitchen is separated by a raised bar area, but it won't prevent you from watching the process of food preparation and gaining some local advice for your ski day.
The chalet's 6 bedrooms are divided over the top two levels of the house. Two double/twin rooms with an en-suite are on the first level. The second level includes the remaining bedrooms. Two are fixed doubles with ensuite bathrooms and a shared balcony, while the other two en-suite bedrooms can be configured as doubles or twins and offer access to another shared balcony.
The chalet features a ski room with heated boot warmers and enough space for keeping all your ski gear.
The property is fully catered. Each morning, you will be served a hearty breakfast. While you are out on the mountain, the staff will prepare mouthwatering afternoon treats. In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner, followed by cheese and coffee, and of course, accompanied by plenty of red or white wine.
The chalet is located right on the edge of the Santons piste, ensuring ski-in/ski-out accommodation. A green/blue piste from behind the house leads a few hundred yards down to the Olympique lift area and ski school meeting point. But the driver service will bring you there in two minutes if you wish. Furthermore, you will find the Solaise gondola, as well as several slopeside cafés, restaurants, and bars there.
You can ski back to the chalet in the afternoon using either a red or black piste or a short traverse across some ungroomed snow fields. Alternatively, you can enjoy a short walk up the hill back to the chalet from the edge of the piste. It won't be a problem if you find yourself in La Daille. The driver service can pick you up from La Daille until 6 pm (just a 7-minute drive).
Val d'Isère's centre is a 10-minute walk across the nursery slopes from the chalet, offering a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops.
