This fully renovated, cosy family chalet (350 sqm) is located in the popular Val d'Isère, less than 150 metres from the ski slopes. You can set off on foot from the chalet to explore the resort with its many restaurants, boutiques and cafés, while the slopes and ski school meeting points are within walking distance.
The chalet, spread over four levels, is served by a lift and blends modern Alpine design with a warm, welcoming ambience. The six bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. The entrance is via the garage on level -1. There is a ski room equipped with boot dryers. On the same level, you will find a spa area with a swimming pool and sauna for relaxing after skiing, as well as a home cinema (large screen, overhead projector, two video game consoles (Nintendo DS and PlayStation 5), and board game bar).
On the ground level, a lovely Alpine-style corridor leads to a children's bedroom (bunk beds 90 × 190 cm) with a bathroom and separate toilet (sleeps 4), as well as two cosy and spacious bedrooms with double beds (one 180 × 200 cm, the other 160 × 200 cm), TVs, access to the terrace, and en-suite shower rooms.
One level above is a guest toilet and two large, cosy bedrooms with double beds, shower rooms and separate toilets. There is also a master bedroom with a double bed, TV, access to the balcony and a bathroom (bathtub, shower, double sink, separate toilet).
The top floor features an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the picturesque Alpine landscape. Comfortable sofas are arranged around the fireplace, creating a cosy space for relaxation, while the adjacent dining area provides a pleasant setting for friendly dinners. A well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar completes this bright space.
Conveniently located in the heart of Val d'Isère, the chalet is close to the lively village centre with its many restaurants, boutiques and bakeries, and is just a few minutes' walk from the main lift hub, where the Olympique cable car and Solaise gondola provide access to the vast Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area.
