Waking to warm ocean breezes, you are welcomed by the morning sun and have a leisurely breakfast beside the stunning infinity pool. After returning from a day out with family, Happy Hour starts and you can relax with a sublime sunset, then end the day with a BBQ feast before retiring to the lullaby of the serenading frogs and cicadas. The villa is close to three main beaches, Samrong Bay Beach is only 150 m walk from the villa, Choengmon Beach (5 min drive) and Chaweng Beach (15 min drive). The airport is 15 minutes’ drive from the house.
Upon entry, the fan and air-con remotes are on the living room wall. There are manuals for the AV system usage by the TV cabinet. All hot water is on standby at all times. Kitchen gas should be turned on under the kitchen cabinet beside the stove. Welcome drinks are in the refrigerator. Make yourself at home!

Simple-to-use SONOS amplifiers allow you to bring your own music via Airplay to the villa for your listening enjoyment. There is also a 42" Smart TV in the master bedroom as well. All have HDMI ports available if you would like to connect your own device.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed while the other rooms have queen-sized mattresses except the Children's Room (Bedroom 4) which has queen lower and custom single for the bunk bed above. There is also a replica miniature teepee for play or a quick nap for the little ones. Each bedroom has its own air-con, fan, and en-suite bathroom as well as an extra sixth guest bathroom off of the main floor living area. The Master Bedroom also has an electronic safe for keeping your valuables in and peace of mind while you are out.
There is also a utility room with access to laundry with washer and dryer off the garage. The villa is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and all Teka appliances (6 burner gas hob range, double door refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker) as well as a spacious walk-in pantry. There is an upstairs patio deck outside the Master Bedrooms where you can read or relax upon arising. The villa also has a secured private garage for your rental vehicle.
