Villa DLS 0062 is luxurious and modern 7 bedroom beachfront villa accommodating up to 14 people. It is situated within the exclusive Residences in Maenam. Land Area – 1,872 sq.m. and villa internal living area – 620 sq.m.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the villa with sea view, whilst the remainder trail through to the rear. There are 4 bedrooms which interconnect and as an additional benefit you can also enjoy a complimentary kids rooms which consist of 3 bunk beds, a games room and bathroom! In total the villa can sleep 14 adults and 6 children.

The villa comes complete with a large private pool, lounge, kitchen, indoor dining area and outdoor dining area with a Thai Sala. Oh, and not forgetting two personal villa managers, chefs and maids!

On the upper floor you can use the facilities, including a gym and sauna. This is a shared area with neighbouring 7-bedroom villa DLS 0061. It is possible to rent two villas DLS 0062+DLS 0061, so in total you will have 14 bedrooms.
