This beautiful villa is very close to the beach. It is set in a walled courtyard providing privacy. There's a pool to cool off during the hot Sicilian summer days, equipped with sun loungers for relaxation. Various sunny and shady areas are equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a beautiful dining table and a summer kitchen. The breakfast bar is a wonderful place to start your day every morning. A gate opens to a path that leads down to a quiet sandy beach. An external staircase gives access to a roof terrace with charming sea views.

Open plan living area is bright due to floor-to-ceiling sliding doors offering a lot of light and views out to the courtyard. The kitchen is small, but functional, and can be closed with cupboard doors. There is also a dining table and a minimalist sofa.

The living area offers access to three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room is located directly off the living area and opens onto the outside courtyard via French windows. The corridor leads to bedrooms 2 and 3, both with ensuite bathrooms and double beds (one bed can be converted to twins). Double bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom is accessible only from the courtyard at back of the villa.
