This amazing stylish villa is extremely modern and beautiful and can boast of its energy efficiency award. Set high to the west of the Capo d’Orlando, it offers breathtaking sea views reaching as far as the Aeolian Islands on clear days. The house is surrounded by lush gardens with fruit trees and faces the lawn with palm and olive trees. There is a saltwater infinity swimming pool, hydro massage jacuzzi and kids pool outside. The pool is available to guests during all year. The road leading up to the villa is very steep and narrow so do not rent a large car.
Four-level villa has a stone archway entrance and is filled with light due to the huge windows, most of them with sea views. The ground level includes several living areas with fireplaces and flat screen TVs, one of them also has a dining area. Modern kitchen is wonderfully equipped including cappuccino machine and sparkling water dispenser. It has direct access to the outdoor dining area. There is also a guest bathroom on this level.

The top floor is dedicated to the comfortable suite with a double bed, lounge, office, adjoining bathroom and balcony. All the levels are connected with an internal staircase and a lift.
The nearest town Capo d'Orlando has lots of shops, restaurants and beach clubs. Cefalù to the west is a charming seaside town with an impressive cathedral and lovely beach. Taormina to the east impresses with its chic atmosphere, Greek-Roman theatre, pretty beaches and wonderful views.
There are a lot of good beaches around the villa: pebbly ones to the west of Capo d'Orlando or sandier beaches towards San Gregorio.
